The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR administration. The goal is to ensure the HR department operates efficiently and contributes to a healthy and productive workplace.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
Post job advertisements and screen resumes.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding employee files.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and queries.
Performance Management
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track employee performance and training needs.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant with labor laws.
Assist in internal audits and HR reporting.
Training & Development
Organize training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and assess outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
