Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our site team at Gopalpur Industrial Park. The selected candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment and handle day-to-day HR & administrative activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Create, update, and publish job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.

  • Coordinate with site managers for manpower planning and future hiring requirements.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, onboarding, and exit formalities.

  • Handle background verification and documentation of employees.

  • Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and site HR coordination.

  • Manage general site administration and employee coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).

  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR & Admin (site experience preferred).

  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals and resume databases.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently at site.

  • Willingness to work 6 working days and stay near the project location.
