Key Responsibilities:
Daily attendance monitoring through biometric / manual systems.
Track and calculate overtime (OT) hours as per shift logs.
Ensure proper implementation of weekly offs and leave policy.
Prepare monthly salary sheet.
Calculate wages as per shift hours, OT, night shift allowance, and deductions (PF, ESI, leave).
Coordinate with accounts team for disbursement.
Maintain employee records as per labour laws (PF, ESI).
Handle documentation for new joiners – ID, bank details, PF/ESIC forms, etc.
Hire operators, technicians as per production requirement.
Conduct joining formalities, ID issuance, and induction.
