The company continues to expand in the B2B and B2C space, it is looking for a dedicated HR Professionals to manage end to end recruitment & HR Generalist activities. The role involves handling the entire recruitment cycle, onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting various HR initiatives in line with our expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
• Making Job descriptions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
• Responsible for documentation, induction and training of new joiners and explaining company policies.
• Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
