Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Support payroll and attendance tracking.

Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

Coordinate with different departments for HR operations.

Maintain HRMIS and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred).

Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn and take ownership of HR tasks.
