HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR and admin-related tasks. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

▪️ Talent acquisition till mid-level

▪️ Job posting on various job portals

▪️ Coordination with recruiters

▪️ Follow-up with candidates

▪️ Documentation of new hires

▪️ Maintain HR dashboards / MIS

▪️ Prepare training reports and client letters

▪️ Issue appointment, confirmation & warning letters

▪️ Team and client coordination

▪️ Assist manager with HR tasks and trainings

Admin Support:

▪️ Vendor management

▪️ Inventory management

▪️ IN/OUT inventory reporting

▪️ Share quotations with clients as required

✅ Eligibility:

▪️ Graduate (HR specialization preferred, not mandatory)

▪️ candidates with HR/Admin experience

▪️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

▪️ Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
