āHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
āMaintain employee records and HR documentation
āCoordinate attendance and payroll inputs
āAssist in employee engagement and grievance handling
āSupport daily HR operations and admin tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is a plus
