HR Executive – Compliance & Attendance Job Title:
HR Executive – Compliance & Attendance
Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Compliance & Attendance is responsible for maintaining employee attendance records, ensuring statutory and labor law compliance, coordinating with contractors and site teams, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting payroll processing. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management
· Maintain daily employee attendance and time records.
· Verify attendance received from sites and contractors.
· Resolve attendance discrepancies with supervisors and site in-charges.
· Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
· Monitor employee absenteeism, late arrivals, and leave records.
Statutory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
· Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements.
· Coordinate with contractors to collect statutory documents and compliance reports.
· Verify statutory documents submitted by contractors.
· Support internal and external statutory audits.
· Maintain compliance registers and documentation.
HR Documentation
· Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
· Prepare appointment letters, joining documents, ID cards, and other HR documents.
· Update employee records in the HRMS or attendance system.
· Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
Payroll Support
· Prepare attendance data for monthly payroll processing.
· Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance corrections and leave adjustments.
· Verify overtime, shift allowances, and leave records before payroll processing.
Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with site HR teams, supervisors, and contractors regarding attendance and compliance matters.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
· MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance, Attendance Management, or Payroll Support.
· Experience in facility management, maintenance projects, construction, or manpower outsourcing will be preferred.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
· Understanding of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages Act.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
