The HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and compliance. Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is essential to understand the fast-paced service environment and staffing requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel/restaurant staff (kitchen, housekeeping, service, etc.).
Prepare offer letters, joining letters, and maintain employee records.
Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and weekly offs.
Coordinate training and orientation for new employees.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and hygiene standards.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, and appraisal documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
Maintain HR MIS reports and support audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in the hotel/hospitality sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
