Job Description

Role Summary
HR Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end candidate coordination, onboarding support, and
ground manpower tracking for the Smart Meter Project. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely
deployment, attendance discipline, and productivity monitoring of field teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Coordination
 Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews, joining dates, and deployment details
 Regular follow-ups till actual joining at site
2. Documentation & Onboarding
 Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents:
o Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof, Bank details, Education & Experience
 Coordinate with Payroll Team for:
o Offer Letter issuance
o E-Joining completion
 Ensure 100% documentation & compliance readiness
3. Ground Team Attendance Management
 Track daily attendance of deployed ground teams (Technician, supervisors, DEO)
 Validate attendance through:
o Site reports
o Supervisor inputs
o Attendance tools / registers / apps
 Highlight absenteeism, late reporting, and replacements required
4. Productivity & Performance Tracking
 Maintain daily productivity MIS, including:
o Number of meters installed per team
o Site-wise performance
o Manpower utilization
 Share productivity dashboards with Project Manager
 Flag low productivity & support corrective actions
5. Internal & Client Coordination
 Act as a coordination bridge between:
o Ground Teams
o Sourcing Team (Backend & Ground)
o Payroll & Compliance
o Project Manager
 Support Project Manager in client coordination (data sharing, updates, clarifications)
6. MIS & Reporting
 Prepare and maintain:
o Joining MIS
o Attendance MIS
o Productivity MIS
o Attrition / replacement reports
 Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Skills & Competencies
 Strong coordination & follow-up skills
 Ability to handle field manpower & operational pressure
 Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
 Communication skills: Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred
 Problem-solving mindset & ownership
Value Addition to Project
 Ensures attendance discipline
 Improves ground productivity
 Supports client reporting
 Reduces manpower leakage & delays
