We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end Human Resource operations for both corporate office and project sites. The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance support, and overall HR administration.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, site teams, and management to ensure smooth HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and site-based positions.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate the complete selection process.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure timely completion of employee files, background verification, and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Maintain employee attendance records for office and project sites.
Coordinate with site supervisors/managers to collect and verify attendance and timesheets.
Process leave records and maintain employee leave balances.
Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, advances, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Issue HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and relieving documents.
Ensure timely updating of employee information in HRMS or relevant systems.
Maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and organizational events.
Promote positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across all locations.
6. Statutory Compliance Support
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate activities related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain statutory records and documentation as required under applicable laws.
Support audits and inspections related to labour and employment compliance.
7. Performance Management & HR Initiatives
Support performance appraisal processes and employee performance tracking.
Assist in implementing training and development initiatives.
Coordinate employee confirmation, probation reviews, and performance feedback processes.
Participate in various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
8. Site HR Coordination
Regularly coordinate with site managers and project teams for manpower planning and workforce management.
Monitor workforce deployment across sites and maintain updated manpower reports.
Ensure availability of required manpower at project sites as per project timelines.
Conduct periodic site visits to address HR-related concerns and ensure policy compliance.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Prior experience in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or project-based industry will be preferred.
Experience in handling recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations is essential.
