Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant HR operations including Payroll, Compliance, and Attendance.

• Drive Employee Engagement activities that foster motivation, positivity, and retention.

• Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters with confidence and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ensure timely statutory compliances and maintain accurate HR records.

• Act as a strong bridge between management and employees, building trust and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR role.

• Hands-on knowledge of Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and IR practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive, approachable, and enthusiastic about building a healthy workplace culture.
