The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction
Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports
Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, and HR records
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and exit documents
Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes
Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing
Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory-related data
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Support audits and inspections related to HR and labor compliance
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
Support employee engagement activities and training programs
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Maintain healthy employee relations and work culture
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information
Good coordination and documentation skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
