About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This role will give you exposure to end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

What You’ll Learn / Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Supporting onboarding & induction programs for new hires
Helping in maintaining HR databases, employee records & documentation
Coordinating employee engagement activities and events
Assisting with HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day operations
Learning how to use HR tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques

Skills We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain
Good organizational skills & attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
