Job Title: HR Executive – Plant Operations
Location: Ghaziabad -M.G.Road, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Hapur
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the beverage industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals, local networks, and contractors.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with plant managers.
Manpower Management:
Handle workforce planning and ensure adequate manpower availability.
Maintain records of contract and permanent employees.
Attendance & Time Sheet Management:
Monitor daily attendance of plant employees.
Maintain and verify timesheets for payroll processing.
Contractor Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for labor contractors.
Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per plant requirements.
Employee Coordination & Support:
Address employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and policies.
Ensure smooth communication between management and workers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Strong experience in bulk hiring (blue-collar workforce preferred).
Good knowledge of attendance systems and manpower handling.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
Hands-on approach to HR operations and fieldwork.
