ROLE : HR GENERALIST / EXECUTIVE

Experience preferred in Automobile industry

ü Recruitment - End to end recruitment by generating various sources for recruitment

ü Joining Formalities, Induction & Appointment letter for all new joiners.

ü Working on employee databases and maintaining employee files and trackers.

ü Designing Salary Break up , Payroll Inputs, Attendance & Leave Record, HR Registers, Files.

ü Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

ü Conducting Employee Engagement Activities as and when required.

ü Handling all employee grievances

ü Overseeing the health and safety of all employees

ü Be able to work independently with minimum instructions

Willing to work six days a week from office

EDUCATION

PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 1-2 YEARS
