Job description:

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)

• Advertise job openings on social media, job boards etc.,

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

• Experience with sourcing techniques with at least 1 year.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Any bachelor’s degree or MBA HR (Preferrable)
