We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR database updates (attendance, leave, and payroll support).
Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation and orientation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training and development programs.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with different departments to resolve HR-related matters effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement tools.
