Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment, support employee engagement, and handle core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and hiring pipeline
2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Handle onboarding process and documentation
Conduct employee induction sessions
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
3. HR Operations
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies
Draft HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Address basic employee queries and concerns
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies
