HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to attract and identify top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)

• Post job openings on job portals like Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Source candidates through databases, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain recruitment records and reports

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and time management skills

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR

Salary:

• As per company standards (can mention range if needed)

Working Hours:

• Full-time (e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM)
