• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 1–6 years of HR experience (corporate/manufacturing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance & labor laws.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Must own a two-wheeler (scooty/bike) with valid license.
