Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

- Support on-boarding, induction,maintain HR documentation and exit formalities.

- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility operations.

- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and official communication.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company policies.

-Support in vendor invoice management, billing, and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain basic accounting entries in Tally/Excel.

-Assist in maintaining petty cash and daily expenses records.

Skills Required

- Good communication & interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of HR, administration, and accounting.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Tally (preferred).

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any related field.

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin/Accounts.
