Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.

• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Create and update job descriptions and job postings.

Candidate Management

• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.

• Deliver positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Assist in workforce planning and forecasting.

• Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and campus hiring.

• Prepare recruitment metrics and dashboards for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.

• Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
