Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination activities. The primary focus will be hiring Field Sales Executives / Survey Executives who will be responsible for on-ground implementation of the ZED Certification project across multiple regions in India.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals such as Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin and Placements.

  • Conduct screening calls to assess communication skills, field readiness, and suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for continuous recruitment needs.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage offer rollouts, acceptance tracking, and joining confirmations.

  • Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents (ID proofs, educational qualifications, photographs, etc.).

  • Support new hires during their onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.

3. Coordination with Management

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Regional Heads to understand manpower needs.

  • Share daily recruitment updates and hiring progress reports with management.

  • Assist in resolving field-level HR and deployment requirements.

4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Maintain attendance sheets, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary structure, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate training sessions and induction programs for new employees.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare detailed recruitment metrics—shortlisted, interviewed, selected, offered, joined.

  • Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate and organized HR records for audits and compliance needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or any relevant field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and basic HR systems.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
