Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for our growing team. This role focuses on hiring Field Sales Executives who will work closely with MSMEs across India for the ZED Certification project.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source and screen candidates from portals like Job Hai, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
Contact and engage potential candidates for the role of Field Sales Executive / Survey Executive.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess communication, experience, and suitability.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate interview schedules and finalize selected candidates.
Collect and verify documents (ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, etc.).
Assist in joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
3. Coordination with Management
Work closely with Project Managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment status reports for management review.
4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.
Support training initiatives for new recruits.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare recruitment metrics (shortlisted, interviewed, hired, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company and government guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Management / Any Stream.
0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi & English).
Knowledge of recruitment tools and portals.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
