Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HRMIS data.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and employee confirmations.
Draft HR letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, office maintenance, security, and pantry services.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements as required.
Maintain records of office assets and coordinate maintenance activities.
Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate courier services, document management, and office logistics.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and office administration is preferred.
