THE LUMINARS is a leading MEP Design & Lighting Consultancy delivering innovative Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, ELV, Fire Protection, and Architectural Lighting Design solutions for hospitality, commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for MEP Engineers, BIM Modelers, CAD Draftsmen, Designers, Site Engineers, and Support Staff.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring with department heads.

  • Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee file management.

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

  • Maintain HRMIS/employee records and prepare monthly HR reports.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.

  • Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work culture.

  • Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlements, and clearance processes.

  • Support office administration and HR-related documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or related field.

  • Experience: 2–5 years in HR (experience in Engineering, Construction, MEP, or Consultancy preferred).

  • Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR compliance.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals.

Preferred Skills

  • Recruitment for technical positions (MEP/BIM/CAD).

  • Interview coordination and talent acquisition.

  • HR documentation and employee relations.
