HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR-related documentation.

• Handle payroll processing and employee attendance.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
