We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin & Recruiter to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Prepare HR-related reports such as manpower status, recruitment tracker, and employee turnover.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll coordination, and benefits.
Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, stationery, and facility support.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and employee information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment (preferred).
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.
