Key Responsibilities :
Payroll & HR Operations (100%)
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Prepare salary statements and salary revisions.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee master data and HR records.
Generate payroll reports and MIS reports.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, and ESI.
Statutory Compliance (Mandatory)
Manage ESI and PF registrations, contributions, and monthly filings.
Coordinate PF transfers, withdrawals, and UAN-related activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain records related to ESI, PF, and employee benefits.
Liaise with consultants and government authorities when required.
Recruitment Support (20%)
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
Mandatory experience in ESI & PF compliance.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
Experience in attendance and leave management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Payroll-focused HR professional.
Hands-on experience in ESI, PF, and salary processing.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Recruitment experience is an added advantage but not the primary requirement.
