Recruitment & onboarding (end-to-end hiring)
Employee records & HR documentation
Payroll coordination & attendance management
Handling employee queries & grievances
HR compliance (labor laws, company policies)
Performance management support
Engagement activities & exit formalities
Required Skills

Knowledge of HR processes & labor laws
Recruitment & coordination skills
MS Excel / HRMS familiarity

Preferred Qualifications
