Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end onboarding for 3rd party employees
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, shifts, reimbursements).
Ensuring smooth communication between client HR & deployed staff.
Share accurate data with the payroll team and verify final payroll outputs.
Handle salary queries, payslips, and basic CTC/explanation to employees.
Ensure employee details are accurately shared with the payroll team.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory norms
Manage resignations, notice period, and clearance processes.
Ensure proper documentation for F&F (Full & Final settlement).
Conduct exit interviews and complete offboarding formalities.
