HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end onboarding for 3rd party employees

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, shifts, reimbursements).

• Ensuring smooth communication between client HR & deployed staff.

• Share accurate data with the payroll team and verify final payroll outputs.

• Handle salary queries, payslips, and basic CTC/explanation to employees.

• Ensure employee details are accurately shared with the payroll team.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory norms

• Manage resignations, notice period, and clearance processes.

• Ensure proper documentation for F&F (Full & Final settlement).

• Conduct exit interviews and complete offboarding formalities.
