Job Summary:
We are seeking an Female experienced and strategic HR leader to join our organization This role will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The HR will provide leadership in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team.
Drive organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead and oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent.
Ensure effective workforce planning and succession planning across departments.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Build and nurture a positive organizational culture.
Design and drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
Lead internal communications and initiatives to enhance employee morale.
Performance Management:
Oversee implementation of performance management systems.
Provide guidance on goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Learning & Development:
Design and manage training programs to upskill employees and leaders.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
· Compensation & Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
Benchmark and review salary data to ensure market competitiveness.
HR Operations:
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Ensure accurate and secure HRIS and payroll management.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality support and service.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1 to 2 years) in HR leadership roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
