Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support ISO certification and labor law compliance.
Performance Management
Assist in conducting performance appraisals.
Track employee performance and provide necessary support to managers.
