HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

• Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

• Learn and support payroll and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
