Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for sales, pre-sales, and other operational positions while ensuring timely closures and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions (Sales Executive, Channel Partner Manager, Telecaller, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, and social platforms like LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring requirements
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of selected candidates
Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Follow up with candidates till joining and post-joining engagement
Key Skills Required:

Ability to handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools
