About the Role
SRPN is hiring Work From Home Driver Recruitment Executives to recruit and onboard drivers for Everest Fleet, India's largest Uber fleet partner.
The recruiter will receive a daily database of 40–60 qualified leads and use the company's CRM to contact interested candidates, explain Everest Fleet's driver programs, verify eligibility, collect documents, and coordinate successful onboarding.
No field work is required.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Recruitment
Call 40–60 fresh leads every day.
Explain Everest Fleet's driver opportunities.
Build trust and answer driver queries.
Identify interested candidates.
Convince qualified drivers to join.
Candidate Qualification
Screen candidates for:
Valid Driving License
Aadhaar
PAN
City preference
EV/CNG preference
Eligibility as per company policy
The handbook includes a structured qualification flow, including checking whether the driver already has an Uber ID, determining city preference, and pitching the most suitable product (EV, CNG, DTO, Leasing, etc.) based on the driver's needs. It also provides a standardized call script and disposition process.
CRM Management
Update every call in CRM.
Maintain accurate call dispositions.
Schedule follow-ups.
Upload documents.
Keep candidate records updated.
The provided handbook contains an extensive list of call dispositions (Interested, Will Send Documents, Not Eligible, Complaint, Language Barrier, etc.), which recruiters are expected to use consistently.

Guide drivers in collecting required documents, including:

Address Proof
Rental Agreement (if applicable)
Follow-up
Follow up with interested drivers.
Resolve onboarding queries.
Coordinate until joining is completed.
