Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

• Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds of interviews

• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
