Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection for plant roles, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing environment.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts to promote a harmonious environment.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately, managing confidential information with integrity.
Oversee performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and support continuous employee development.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve workforce skills and compliance with safety practices.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes efficiently as per statutory and company guidelines.
Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs within the plant.
Support plant leadership with workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise management on HR-related matters, HR trends, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices for factories.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HR software, MS Office, and data management.
This role is critical for maintaining efficient HR processes, legal compliance, and supporting manufacturing operations through effective workforce management and employee relations.
