Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Manage employee relations and resolve basic HR queries
Coordinate training programs and performance appraisals
Assist in HR audits and reports
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with HR internship can apply)
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with payroll and attendance systems
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
