Role and Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing: - Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking
2. Screening: - Conducting initial screenings of candidates to assess their suitability for the roles. - Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews
3. Interviewing: - Coordinating and conducting interviews, both telephonic and face-to-face. - Assisting hiring managers with interview processes and providing feedback on candidates.
4. Salary Negotiation: - Conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates in alignment with company policies and budget.
5. Raising Offer Letter: - Preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates. - Ensuring all necessary details are accurately included in the offer letters.
