We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin professional to manage all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions. The role requires someone who can support our employees, foster a positive work environment, and ensure efficient office operations.
Manage recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance reviews and support performance management systems.
Organize training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
Maintain office security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Organize company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Support management in various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR & Administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
