We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and plant HR activities, including recruitment, interview scheduling, employee onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records and HRMS. The role will also involve coordinating payroll inputs, PF, ESI and statutory compliance, handling employee grievances, discipline and engagement activities, preparing HR MIS reports, and coordinating with HR consultants, employees and other departments. Candidates should have good knowledge of HR operations, PF & ESI, strong MS Excel and HRMS skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
CANDIDATES HAVING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT IATF AND 5S AND WORK SAFETY NORMS WILL BE PREFERRED.
