Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven HR professional to manage recruitment coordination, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement, while working closely with leadership to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage recruitment process: screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
Ensure timely closure of open positions
2. HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and ensure adherence to existing HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
3. Performance Management & Appraisals
Support and execute performance appraisal cycles
Coordinate with team leads for employee evaluations
Maintain performance data and assist in KPI tracking
4. HR Operations
Manage onboarding and exit processes
5. Employee Engagement & People Management
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Assist in resolving workplace issues
6. Reporting
Provide regular reports on recruitment, employee performance, and HR metrics
Report to Senior HR / Management
