Maintain and update employee records in the CRM and HRMS system.
Handle end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities.
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and absences; prepare monthly reports .
Coordinate with the account department for payroll processing inputs.
Handle payroll software ( ESSL , Optic).
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain KRA KPI .
Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.
Creation and Renewing an Advocate contract yearly.
All report to Director Sir/Mam .
