HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive with around 2 years of experience to join our growing HR team. The role involves a strong emphasis on talent acquisition while also contributing to day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities:Core Responsibility – Talent Acquisition

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer roll-outs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.

• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal networks to attract top talent.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.

• Organize walk-ins, campus hiring, or recruitment drives as needed.

Additional Responsibility – HR Operations

• Support onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS.

• Help coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, exit letters, etc.) and maintain documentation.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
