Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn recruitment processes, and capable of handling entry-level hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements.

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR screening/telephonic interviews.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR and recruitment process.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.
