We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruiter cum Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while handling day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding process
