Job Summary

Medipol Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and other HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.

• Manage employee attendance, leave, and joining/exiting formalities.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.

• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

• Assist in payroll-related data and monthly attendance processing.

• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

• Support statutory and compliance-related documentation as required.

• Coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation is required.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR/HR Operations.

• Experience in recruitment and employee coordination will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.

• Immediate joiners are required.

• Candidates willing to work in Baddi, Solan District, Himachal Pradesh are encouraged to apply.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
