We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The candidate will support internal teams, handle coordination tasks, and maintain office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks
Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and facility management
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation
Monitor and manage office expenses and petty cash
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of office management procedures
